Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
• You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping

• We offer standard shipping across the United States. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
• Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery after dispatch, depending on your location.
• All orders are shipped from Prior Lake, Minnesota.

International Shipping

• Currently we do not offer international shipping

Shipping Rates

• Domestic Shipping:
  • Free shipping on orders over $75. 
    
  • $6.95 shipping on orders of $0 to $74.99

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly through our website or via the carrier's website.

Shipping Carriers

• We use USPS, UPS and Fed Ex to ship your orders.

Undeliverable Packages

• In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to retrieve the package from the local post office, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• Starry Night Creations is not responsible for packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. However, if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please reach out to us at molly@starrynightcreations.com, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Delayed or Missing Orders

• If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at molly@starrynightcreations.com. While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will help investigate the issue.
