Create the perfect background or panel to send the happiest birthday greeting! The Block and Script Birthday Background Stamp mixes fonts repeating "happy birthday" and "party"- all nested to create beautiful texture on your card or project. Ink up the stamp in multiple colors or try white embossing and ink blending over top.
Background measures 4-3/8 x 5-5/8.
